YEY Programs

YEY is a youth-led leadership and personal development movement designed to empower young people to thrive. YEY is for youth, led by youth.

Our programs cater to two age groups: children and teens.

The Children’s Program is tailored for ages 8-12 and consists of 60-minute sessions held once a week for 8 weeks. This program introduces foundational concepts that help children develop self-awareness, confidence, and responsibility for their thoughts and actions in a fun and engaging environment.

The Youth Program, designed for ages 13-18, includes nine dynamic 90-minute sessions. Each session explores a unique concept that equips teens with the tools to take accountability for their thoughts, feelings, and actions, fostering confidence, security, and self-assurance.

Currently, all our sessions are held online via Zoom, ensuring accessibility for participants from diverse locations.

In addition to our online offerings, YEY runs Global Programs, collaborating with communities around the world to engage their youth using our curriculum in their own language. These in-person programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each community, creating a localized yet impactful learning experience for young leaders.

ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS

  • YEY Children is an eight-week accelerated program run by two trained facilitators who are passionate about empowering children. The program is designed to be offered once a week for 60 minutes in an online class setting that encourages student participation.

  • YEY is a nine-week accelerated program run by two trained youth facilitators who are passionate about helping other youth. The program is designed to be offered once a week for 90 minutes in an online class setting that encourages student participation. Each class shares a new principle which builds upon the previous principle; ultimately helping students take accountability for their thoughts, feelings and actions; thus, moving them into a place of confidence, security and self-assurance.

Upon completion of this program, youth are offered an opportunity to take on a leadership role and co-facilitate future courses to help empower more youth within their school.

We create bespoke continuing education programs to address the needs of teachers and their student communities. From training on the latest technology to new pedagogical methods, we help teachers make their classrooms engaging and successful.

High school students can receive volunteer hours towards graduation by participating in the teen’s cohort.

Global Program

Children & Teen Curriculum

YEY's Global Program empowers communities worldwide to bring our transformative leadership and personal development curriculum to their youth. We collaborate with organizations already working with young people, providing them with the tools and training needed to deliver our program effectively. Through hands-on guidance from one of our facilitators, these organizations learn to implement our curriculum and translate it into their local language, ensuring it resonates with the unique needs of their community. If you know of a community or are part of an organization that would like to engage youth with our curriculum, we invite you to contact us so we can help you get started on this impactful journey.
